1. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platforms (including Zuri and Tori), you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Fees, Subscriptions, and Promos

Certain services require payment of fees or recurring subscriptions. If you apply a promo code (such as ONE), the corresponding discount or price override will be applied to your billing cycle as defined during validation. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt our servers, or to reverse engineer any portion of the software. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiQology and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.
